|
As per Section 2(dd) of DICGC Act, cooperative bank means a State co-operative bank, a Central co-operative bank and a primary co-operative bank.
As per Section 2(q) of DICGC Act , Central co-operative bank and State co-operative bank shall have the meaning assigned to them in the National bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Act, 1981( NABARD Act). |
